J. M. Telecom has been in business from Burlington since June of 1990 and is a member in good standing with the Burlington Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

Our Services

Service Required
All service requests should be put forward by the administrator, to J.M. Telecom as soon as the fault is noticed. Together with the administrator, we will come up with a service solution that is mutually agreeable to both parties.

Cabling
J.M. Telecom can pull voice (CAT3) and data cabling (CAT5E) as well terminating the cable on jacks as well as BIX and patch panels. Our standard cable is FT4 rated but we can install FT6 upon request or in new construction sites as building codes require.

Training
Our service also provides complete telephone and voice mail system training so they can be independent while making changes to their system.

Used Equipment
We will also buy used telephone systems and telephones when available.

Hours
J.M. Telecom is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for any and all related service. Our normal hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday EST.

Billing
Any work, performed outside of these hours, are to be negotiated on a case by case scenario and will incur increased labour costs.

Standard Telephone System Warranty

Equipment is warranted for 15 months.
Wiring is warranted for 30 days.

Equipment that is found to be defective under this warranty will be repaired or replaced by J.M. Telecom as quickly as possible. A replacement unit will be couriered for the next business day if the defective unit falls under our warranty and cannot be repaired. You can then ship the defective unit back to us. Telephone equipment that has been dropped or exposed to fluids or dust such as drywall dust is not covered by warranty. If someone other than J.M. Telecom or their designated representatives rewires the system or set within the 15 month time period, the warranty of the all equipment will become void.
